Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
